No more sugar!

So today marks the start of my no sugar diet. I'm not going to go crazy with it... if it has natural sugar (fruit) or is made with sugar (within reason, i.e. my 7 grain whole wheat bread) then it's okay. But everything else is out.. :S I'm kind of nervous but it is the start to my goals of actually losing weight and being more healthy. I'm also starting Wii active 30 day challenge 4-5 days a week and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on some of those days. I need to get serious with this working out stuff...Bring on the sore muscles!

Good luck! I can't do the no sugar thing. I've done it before, but I have no self discipline now.
